ZipDash Delivery restricts nicotine-product ordering and delivery to verified customers who are 21 years of age or older.

ZipDash Delivery may block account access, catalog access, checkout, payment, dispatch, or delivery until required verification is complete.
Before the first eligible delivery, customers may be required to complete third-party age verification, provide accurate date-of-birth and address information, upload or present government-issued identification, and accept current policies.
Verification decisions may use commercially available records, identity-check providers, document review, and other fraud-prevention signals. Failed, expired, incomplete, or suspicious checks may require additional review or may result in cancellation.
Drivers may require valid government-issued photo identification at the delivery address. The recipient must be 21 or older and may need to sign for the delivery or otherwise confirm receipt.
A delivery can be refused if the recipient is unavailable, underage, cannot show acceptable ID, does not match required delivery records, appears impaired, requests an unlawful handoff, or presents a safety concern.
ZipDash Delivery records age-verification status, policy acceptance, order status, delivery proof, refusal reasons, and related compliance events to support legal, payment, audit, and safety requirements.
Attempting to bypass age checks, falsify identity, use another person's account, or send products to a minor may result in account closure, order cancellation, refused delivery, and preservation of records.
