Accepted Payment Methods
ZipDash Delivery accepts major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, when available through our approved payment provider.
All order totals, delivery fees, service fees, taxes, tips, discounts, substitutions, and adjustments are displayed before payment is submitted.
Billing Descriptor
Your card or bank statement may show ZipDash Delivery, Day One Legacy Group LLC, the payment processor, or a shortened descriptor approved by the payment provider.
If you do not recognize a charge, contact ZipDash Delivery before filing a dispute so our support team can locate the order, delivery record, and refund status.
Payment Authorization
By submitting payment, you authorize ZipDash Delivery, participating merchants, and our payment partners to process the approved order amount and any clearly disclosed delivery, tax, tip, or adjustment amount.
Orders may be declined, cancelled, delayed, or refunded if payment cannot be authorized, the transaction appears fraudulent, required verification is incomplete, or the order cannot be completed lawfully.
Card Data and Security
ZipDash Delivery does not intentionally store full payment-card numbers on its own application servers. Card payments are handled by payment providers and gateways that support secure card processing.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and operational safeguards to protect account, order, payment-related, age-verification, and delivery data. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Fraud Prevention
For fraud prevention and compliance, ZipDash Delivery may review account details, billing information, delivery address, device signals, transaction history, age-verification status, and delivery handoff records.
Orders may be refused, cancelled, or held for review when account activity, payment information, age verification, product selection, or delivery details appear suspicious or inconsistent.
Chargebacks and Support
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact support at zipdashdelivery@gmail.com or 1 (561) 402-4292 with your order number, account email, and a short description of the issue.
ZipDash Delivery maintains order, delivery, support, age-verification, and refund records to help resolve payment questions, refund requests, and chargeback disputes.
