When You Can Cancel
You may request a cancellation at any time before the merchant begins preparing your order. Once a merchant has accepted and started preparing your order, cancellation may no longer be available or may be subject to applicable charges.
If a driver has already been dispatched to pick up your order, cancellation is generally not available. Contact support immediately if you need to attempt a late cancellation — outcomes depend on the order's status at the time of the request.
How to Cancel
To cancel an order, contact ZipDash Delivery support as soon as possible by emailing zipdashdelivery@gmail.com or calling 1 (561) 402-4292. Include your order number and account email in your message.
Cancellation requests are processed in the order they are received. Acting quickly gives you the best chance of cancelling before preparation or dispatch begins.
Cancellations by ZipDash Delivery
ZipDash Delivery may cancel an order when a product becomes unavailable after the order is placed, payment cannot be processed or verified, the delivery address is outside the active service area, required age verification is incomplete or declined, or the order cannot be fulfilled safely and lawfully.
If ZipDash Delivery cancels your order, you will be notified and a full refund will be issued for any charged amount in accordance with the Refund Policy.
Charges After Cancellation
Orders cancelled before preparation or dispatch typically receive a full refund of the product total. Depending on the timing of your cancellation, delivery fees, service fees, or processing fees may be nonrefundable.
If delivery was refused at the door due to age verification failure, customer absence, or inability to present valid government-issued photo ID, product charges may be refunded at ZipDash Delivery's discretion, but delivery and processing fees may not be refunded.
Refunds After Cancellation
Approved cancellation refunds are submitted to your original payment method after review. Your bank or card issuer controls when the funds appear on your statement — timing may vary.
