We currently deliver in West Palm Beach, Florida and approved nearby zones. Enter your address during checkout to confirm eligibility. Delivery availability depends on your distance from the nearest participating merchant and current driver coverage.
Before your first order, you will be asked to complete a one-time third-party age verification. This process confirms your identity and date of birth using your government-issued ID. Verification is required once per account.
At the time of delivery, the driver will also request valid government-issued photo ID from the recipient. The recipient must be 21 or older and physically present at the delivery address.
Accepted forms of ID include a state-issued driver's license, state ID card, U.S. passport, or military ID. The ID must be valid, unexpired, and show a date of birth confirming the recipient is at least 21 years old.
Delivery times vary based on order volume, driver availability, and distance. Estimated times are shown during checkout. ZipDash Delivery does not guarantee specific delivery windows but works to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.
ZipDash Delivery accepts major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. All payments are processed securely through our payment provider.
You may request a cancellation before the merchant begins preparing your order. Once preparation has started or a driver has been dispatched, cancellation may not be available. See our Refund Policy for full details.
Items marked Out of Stock on the catalog are temporarily unavailable but are products we normally carry. If an item sells out after your order is placed, we will contact you to offer an approved substitution, adjust the order, or refund the unavailable item.
The driver cannot leave the order unattended. If the recipient is not available or cannot present valid ID, the delivery will be refused and the order returned. Refunds in this case are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.
