How We Use Information
We use information to create accounts, verify eligibility, process orders, route deliveries, manage merchants and drivers, process payments, prevent fraud, maintain safety, provide support, and meet legal or compliance obligations.
We also use operational data to debug the platform, improve delivery coverage, maintain audit logs, and document required policy acceptance and age-verification events.
Sharing
We may share information with participating merchants, delivery personnel, payment processors, age-verification providers, hosting and analytics vendors, professional advisors, and authorities when legally required or needed to protect rights, safety, and compliance.
Merchants and drivers receive only the information reasonably needed to prepare, dispatch, verify, and complete an order.
When needed to resolve refunds, fraud reviews, billing questions, or chargeback disputes, we may share relevant transaction, support, delivery, verification, and account records with payment processors, gateways, acquiring banks, card networks, or professional advisors.
Payment Information
ZipDash Delivery does not intentionally store full payment-card numbers on its own application servers. Card data is handled by payment providers and gateways that support secure payment processing.
We may receive and retain limited payment-related details such as payment status, transaction identifiers, card brand, last four digits, authorization status, refund status, risk signals, and billing-support records.
Retention and Security
We retain records for as long as needed to operate the service, resolve disputes, maintain compliance logs, support audits, and satisfy legal, tax, payment, and safety requirements.
We use administrative, technical, and operational safeguards designed to protect information. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your Choices
You may request account support, correction, or deletion review by contacting ZipDash Delivery. Some compliance, transaction, fraud-prevention, tax, or legal records may need to be retained even after an account request.
You can stop using the service at any time. If you decline required verification or policy acceptance, you will not be able to access age-restricted ordering.
