Customer Agreement
These terms govern customer use of ZipDash Delivery for local delivery of age-restricted nicotine products.
Last updated: May 8, 2026ZipDash Delivery provides a local ordering and delivery platform for eligible customers who are at least 21 years old. Products are supplied by participating licensed merchants, including Smokey's Vape & Smoke Shop in West Palm Beach, Florida.
ZipDash Delivery is not available to minors and may refuse, cancel, or restrict service when an order, customer, address, payment, product, merchant, or delivery would violate law, platform policy, or merchant requirements.
You must be 21 years of age or older to create an account, browse age-restricted products, place an order, receive a delivery, or use any ZipDash Delivery nicotine-product service.
You agree to provide accurate identity, date-of-birth, address, payment, and contact information. You may not place an order for another person who is under 21, use another person's identity, or allow a minor to accept delivery.
Before catalog access or checkout, ZipDash Delivery may require third-party age verification, government-issued identification review, address confirmation, policy acceptance, and other compliance checks.
At delivery, the recipient must be 21 or older, available at the delivery address, and ready to present valid government-issued photo identification when requested. A driver may refuse delivery if the recipient cannot be verified, appears impaired, is unavailable, or the handoff would be unlawful or unsafe.
Submitting an order authorizes ZipDash Delivery and its payment partners to process payment for the order total, taxes, delivery charges, tips, adjustments, and any other clearly disclosed charges.
Product availability, pricing, taxes, discounts, and delivery availability may change. If an item is unavailable, the merchant or ZipDash Delivery may contact you, substitute only with your approval, adjust the total, or cancel/refund the affected item.
Card statements may show ZipDash Delivery, Day One Legacy Group LLC, the payment processor, or another approved shortened billing descriptor. Contact support before filing a dispute if you do not recognize a charge.
You agree not to misuse the platform, interfere with deliveries, provide false information, resell products, harass merchants or drivers, attempt unauthorized access, or use ZipDash Delivery for unlawful activity.
ZipDash Delivery may suspend or close accounts, cancel orders, preserve compliance records, and cooperate with lawful requests when misuse, fraud, chargeback abuse, safety concerns, or legal violations are suspected.
Products offered through ZipDash Delivery may contain nicotine derived from tobacco. Nicotine is an addictive chemical. Products are for adult use only and must be kept away from children and pets.
Customers may not purchase products for resale, export, shipment outside approved delivery zones, delivery to schools or prohibited locations, or use by anyone under 21.
The platform is provided as available. ZipDash Delivery does not guarantee uninterrupted service, exact delivery times, product availability, or that every address is within the delivery zone.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZipDash Delivery is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from use of the service.
